Shipping Costs

Standard UK postage for all orders is £1.99, regardless of quantity ordered.

Prices for EU shipping start at £4.50 for standard airmail.

Shipping

Orders received before 6am will be processed and dispatched within 24 hours (excluding Weekends and Bank Holidays).

Standard orders are sent by Royal Mail 1st class and as such you should receive your order within 1-3 days. At certain times of the year your order may take a little longer and we ask that you wait 5 working days before contacting us.

If you require urgent delivery please use the 'Special Delivery' option when placing your order and we recommend that you also use this option for orders over £50 in value.

Items sent by 'Special Delivery' will always require a signature on receipt, so please ensure that someone will be available to take the order.

All orders are sent out using the Royal Mail 'signed for' service unless requested otherwise.

International Orders

You are responsible for checking that the products you order are legal to import into your country – we can accept no claims for packages held or destroyed by your own countries authorities.

International shipping can take anything from 3 – 14 days depending on the country and we ask that you wait a minimum of 14 working days before contacting us about your order.

Returns

Returning a product

If you receive a product that you believe to be faulty or damaged, please use the 'Contact Us' form to let us know or call us on 01706 621638 between the hours of 10am – 5pm.

When returning an item for testing or refund please make sure you include full details of the reason for return, together with your contact details and original order number.

We recommend that you use 'Signed For' postal service to return goods (packages can go missing and we cannot replace them if we don't receive them. In our experience a 'Signed For' service is more reliable than standard post).

Many items associated with electronic cigarettes are consumables and have a limited lifespan so please contact us before returning those items to confirm their warranty period.

Products which have been damaged by user negligence are not covered and products that are returned covered in e-liquid will be disposed of without inspection (please rinse clean before sending).

E-Liquid

Unfortunately for hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on e-liquid. However, should you find fault with any of our e-liquids and have contacted us we may ask that you return the e-liquid to us, this will only occur under exceptional circumstances.
Taste is very subjective and what one person loves, another may hate and for that reason we recommend buying liquids in sample sizes to try.

Once you have found a flavour you like, you can then purchase the e-liquid in the larger size (30ml).
